When choosing AssuranceAmerica – as a customer or as a valued agency partner – you join a team committed to helping those in need in the communities where we operate. We provide support to some organizations financially, giving 5% of our profits to helping people transition from crisis into living healthy, stable lives. We provide support to all non-profit groups with time donated by our Associates, stepping in to help as volunteers where help is needed.
The areas we support broadly are Homelessness and Education, partnering with well-established 501 (c)(3) non-profit organizations with expertise in these areas.
Homelessness: This includes supporting tangential services often required to help individuals (and their families) avoid and get out of this situation, such as: behavioral health, temporary housing, safety from human trafficking, job readiness, addiction recovery.
Education: Given that many of our customers are Spanish speaking, we support skills development including learning English as second language.
We do this because we believe that helping others helps us all!

Founded in July 2004, the Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (ICM) work to answer the unmet needs of the people living in isolated colonies in western Hidalgo County. They serve individuals and families whose lives are at or below the poverty level in this rural area where they are isolated from society's mainstream by language, poverty, and their immigrant status.
Mujeres Unidas/Women Together

Women Together / Mujeres Unidas has been in operation since 1978 with the mission to provide shelter and support services to victims of domestic violence and survivors of sexual assault in Hidalgo County, Texas. To-date, the agency continues to offer an array of services including 24-hour crisis intervention, legal advocacy, trauma informed counseling and transitional housing.

A United Way agency that serves women and children experiencing homelessness in Birmingham. Founded in 1985, this group has been empowering women and children on their path out of homelessness through hospitality, housing, and hope. Today, Pathways continues to offer a range of services through four programs: the Day Center, Safe Haven, Stepping Stones and Pathways Early Learning Center.
